I am Anani Konuwa, a current Master of Science candidate in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology at the University of Southern California Iovine and Young Academy, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2024. Throughout my master’s program, I have undertaken coursework in design and technology, solidifying my passion for creating engaging, interactive, and educational content. This academic journey has also cultivated a keen interest in the UX/UI field.
Proficient in various design tools, I am adept at utilizing Adobe Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, and InDesign. Additionally, my skill set extends to Figma, Miro, Sketch, Canva, SketchUp, and video editing through Sony Vegas Pro.
In pursuit of continuous improvement, I have completed the UX/UI Google Certification, gaining valuable hands-on experience in wireframing and sketching. Grounded in a design philosophy that prioritizes function over form, I strive to integrate aesthetically pleasing elements into user-friendly designs, aiming for a seamless user experience.
Outside of academia, I dedicate my free time to creative pursuits, particularly in Procreate, where I engage in crafting minimalistic poster designs inspired by the early age of cinema and advertisement billboards. Additionally, I have a penchant for attending live sporting events, comedy shows, and the theater.
